Selected Associates attend classes while still being able to work their normal shift rotation. The classroom and clinical portions are held on the days when the Associate is not scheduled to be working in the field. The course materials, college fees, tuition and Instructors are provided at no cost, but the Associate is not paid for classroom and clinical hours.
